COMMISSIONS
Having a commissioned painting is a fantastic unique opportunity to immortilise your very own aircraft or your favourite aircraft onto paper.
I can offer commissioned paintings in either watercolour or pastels. Sometimes I combine watercolours and pastels to produce interesting effects.
In order for me to work on a painting, I will require, if available, as many good quality photographs of the aircraft you require.The background scenery is an important part of any aviation painting. If you require something specific I would be pleased to discuss this with you.
SIZES AND PRICES
Watercolour paintings including the frame, mount card, glass and backing board. They can be up to a maximum size of 26 inches x 20 inches for watercolours only.. Pastel paintings can be up to a maximum size of 20 inches x 16 inches including frame and mount. Please feel free to contact me for further details. The price includes the frame moulding, mountcard, glass and backing board. Each painting is supplied ready for wall hanging. Prices start at £147 for a typical framed sized 20 x 16 inches. The maximum price you would pay for a larger framed watercolour (26 x 20 inch frame) I supply is £375 all inclusive. Please enquire for a no obligation quote. You can order by paying using PAYPAL or cheque. PAYPAL payment will be invoiced to electronically once you have confirmed your commission purchase.
A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation of the commission order request with the remaining amount payable on completion. I will email or post you a photograph of the painting before dispatch for your approval. I can also email photos as the painting progresses if required.
Postage charge would be about £15 to £25 extra depending the frame size.
Here's how you can reduce your commission purchase price by 10%, 20%, or 30%. If you decide to go ahead with a commission and you are fully satisfied with your painting, if you refer another friend or relative, who then orders a commissioned painting from Premier Aviation Art, I will reduce your commission price by 10%,for one referral, 20% for two referrals, 30% for three etc. I have used this discount referral scheme for many years and it has proved very popular.
